The Northern Gateway CDC is hiring a Project Manager/ Coordinator! (FILLED)

The Northern Gateway CDC was founded to strengthen and revitalize the unincorporated neighborhoods of Adelphi, Avondale, Carole Highlands, Chillum, Hampshire Knolls, Lewisdale, and Langley Park. Our vision is to raise quality of life in the Northern Gateway by originating and leading various revitalization initiatives, including place-making, small business assistance, inter-stakeholder engagement, and upgrading the overall physical/built environment.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of work experience. The Northern Gateway CDC position is offered on a contract basis and hire will be expected to work an average of 25+ hours/week.
